    Keeping Christmas Traditions

    My mother loved Christmas…. She made it magical. Growing up, we always had 2 trees in the house during the Christmas season. We had a kid’s tree and a mom tree. At the end of November my mom would start planning out how she was going to decorate the house.     Consignment Store Shopping

    I love consignment clothing shopping! I have been a shopper and a consigner for about 22 years. My introduction to consignment, thrifting or second-hand shopping began when I started working in broadcast sales. I worked with a woman who gave me “style envy” because she was dressed so sharp. I would comment on her wardrobe and she would politely reply with a simple thank you.     What the Heck is Perimenopause???

    Well, I will just come out and say it…I have started the process towards menopause.  I had thought menopause was a thing for women in their fifties, then I learned about perimenopause. Rage? Check. Change in menstration? Check. Exhaustion? Check. Crying out of the blue for seemingly no reason? Check. Trouble sleeping? Check. ?It all seemed to come out of no where.
